Invest Ontario welcomes expansion that brings about 150 new jobs to Waterloo

WATERLOO, Ontario, May 15, 2025 – Today, Invest Ontario is pleased to join Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) in Waterloo to announce the opening of a new AI-powered digital customer experience (CX) hub that will create up to 150 new jobs initially.

Part of the Indian conglomerate Hinduja Group, HGS is a leading provider of tech-led CX and business process outsourcing solutions and has been operating in Ontario since 2011. The new centre will deliver digital and CX services to both public and private sector clients.

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our newest global location in Waterloo, Ontario.
